Peddler Business License

You can apply online or download the form and bring it in-person. You can add each person to the online application. If you download this form and fill it out by hand, each person listed on the application (each individual, partner, member, associate, corporate officers, managers, etc.) will need to fill out an application.

The fee is $30.00 per person for Alabama residents, and $50.00  per person for non-Alabama residents.

Whether you choose to apply online or download the form and fill it out by hand, you must still come in-person to pay the fee. Pay fee in-person at 310 West Valley Avenue, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Payment can be by cash, check, or credit card (VISA or Mastercard only).
