Driver's license tickets will be dismissed when a valid license is presented to the magistrate before your court date.

If the violation does not appear on the list below you must appear in court. Any person charged with improper equipment may have the equipment repaired and inspected by a Homewood police officer. The police officer should sign and date the back of the citation and you must return the citation to the Municipal Court Clerk within 72 hours of receiving the citation and the charge will be dismissed. This does not apply to improper or expired tags.
